ABOUT OUR MENUS!

All published menus are current. We offer free custom menu design for events with 25 people or more. All menus include disposable plates, napkins, cups & eating utensils. Formal China service is available for an additional cost. Our menu prices exclude staffing, delivery charges, setup fees & equipment rentals.  See the rental prices page for more information.

SCHEDULING TERMS!

Arizona Party Wizards requires a 10% deposit to secure the event date.  This deposit is non-refundable.  The minimum guaranteed count is due seven business days prior to your event.  Final count is due two business days before the event.  Cancellations within forty-eight hours are subject to the full cost of the event.  The 10% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the final balance.

PAYMENT!

Arizona Party Wizards accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, business checks & cash. Final payment is required 5 business days after the event date. Any balance left unpaid after the 5 day grace period will be subject to a 2.0% finance charge.
