blue cheese, carrots, celery & wet napkins

ANTI-PASTA STATION
Marinated artichokes, salami, mini tomatoes, mozzarella balls, green olives,
black olives, artichokes, cheese variety & a gourmet cracker spread

PASTA BAR
Italian sausage, grilled chicken, marinara, Alfredo, parmesan, mozzarella,
zucchini, onions & mushrooms

NACHO STATION
Tri-color tortilla chips, nacho cheese, green chile, olives, green onions,
ground beef, sour cream, guacamole, & fire roasted salsa

MEAT CARVING STATION
Your choice of casino roast beef, Italian ham, oven roasted turkey breast,
prime rib or roast pork loin.  Meat carving stations include two sauces.

MEDITERRANEAN STATION
Hummus, baba ganoosh, tsatsiki dip, taboule salad, feta cheeses, olives,
dolmades, grilled pita, sliced cucumbers & roma tomatoes

FAJITA STATION
Grilled chicken breast, grilled flank steak, salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce,
guacamole, sauteed peppers & onions, cheddar cheese & flour tortillas

CHEF IS INCLUDED WITH OMELET STATION, BELGIUM WAFFLE STATION,
